•	Guaranteed to be on time for each appointment- We understand how important your personal time is and are committed to being on time.
•	Guaranteed pricing in writing prior to work beginning- Before beginning work each client is given a guaranteed pricing in writing for the labor portion of the work along with a detailed description of what work will be preformed and how it will be done.
•	Guaranteed to never mark up the pricing on your materials- We never mark up the pricing on materials, you will always pay the actual cost. Once we return with materials for your project, you will be presented with a receipt and asked only to reimburse us for what is on the receipt, after the materials have been inspected.
•	Guaranteed clean up- We guarantee to always leave your property as clean as we found it. All debris will be removed from job site. And during construction we will maintain a clean and orderly work space.
•	Guaranteed workmanship for one year- For one year from the date of your invoice The Skillful Handyman will correct at no additional cost to you any defects in the workmanship performed.
