How We Work

•	Once your appointment has been set the Skillful Handyman will arrive to assess the job and answer all questions concerning your home improvement needs.
•	After a thorough walk through, your handyman will be able to give you a written guaranteed pricing, not just a ball park figure.
•	So that you are always informed on a start and completion date, each work day is scheduled with you and the handyman.
•	Your handyman will help with picking up materials if you don't know what to get, or if you would like him to get them for you. There is never a markup on materials, you will pay the actual cost.
•	After the work has been completed your handyman will have you evaluate the job, assuring that everything has been completely done to your satisfaction.
•	A follow up call will be made confirming the work was completed to your satisfaction and your one year warranty will be put into effect.
